A simple black and white color theme were chosen to evoke simplicity as well as to signify the yin-yang balance of the relationship. In contrast to the formal simplicity, a band of red lace was added to pop against the black linen paper. The lace represents their undying love and reflects accents of the wedding color scheme, including the bridesmaid dresses.
